| Abstract: | The political administration guiding principles and steps Su Chuo proposed in ideas, politics, economy, and military affairs in the particular period of disintegration of Wei Jin Nan Bei Chao, promoted the political power of the feeble Xi Wei and Northern Zhou dynasties. This practice established a strong foundation for the unity of Northern China as well as the unity of the whole nation afterwards. Su Chuo played a leading role in the course of history for China's re-unification. |
