摘    要:教师作为教育行为的执行者,应当享有相当的教育行为自主权。教师教育行为自主,能够使教师的主体地位得到确认,充分发挥教师在教育教学过程中的能动性和创造性,也有利于教师师德境界的提升和学生的良好发展,确保教育教学活动富有成效,促进教育事业健康发展。

Abstract:Teachers as a performer of the education behavior should possess the equal independence right of educational behavior. The educational behavior independence of teachers, can confirm the subjective position of teachers, bring into full play the dynamic role and creativity of teachers in educational teaching, do good to the advancement of teacher's morality and good development of students, insure the effective result of teaching activity and promote the beneficial development of education.
