| 摘 要： | 夜磨牙症可以引起颞下颌关节紊乱综合征，我们通过临床检查发现 干扰是夜磨牙症的一个主要因素，采用 垫治疗，５７例患者痊愈３０例，占５２．６３％；显效１３例，占２２．８１％；有效１０例，占１７．５４；无效４例，占７．０２％．总有效率８２．９８％．认为 垫有助于改善 关系，对于治疗夜磨牙症有肯定的效果．

| Abstract: | Bruxism can cause disturbance syndrome of temporo-mandibular joint. We have discovered that occlusal interference is a major factor of bruxism. We applied occlusal splint to the treatment for this disease. 30 of 57 cases were cured (52.63%); 13 cases with apparent effect (22.81%); 10 cases with effect (17.54%); 4 cases without any effect (7.02%). Total effect rates were 92.98%. It is concluded that occlusal splint can improve occlusal rehabilitation and the treatment for bruxism. |
