地方高校校园文化建设边缘化趋向及其对策

校园文化作为一种自觉、稳定而有组织的特殊群体文化,在培养学生的综合素质、优化育人环境、促进高校精神文明建设等方面起着极其重要的作用。目前地方高校校园文化建设方面存在忽视校园文化的应然价值,误入功利主义的边缘化趋向问题。应对这种趋势,要从指导思想、建设导向、工作机制、内容规划、实施环节、保障机制等方面进行建设。

Tendencies of the Marginalization of Local Campus Culture Construction and Their Countermeasures

As a special stable and organized group culture,the campus culture plays a very important role in the training of the students' comprehensive qualities,bettering the teaching surroundings and the spiritual civilization building of colleges and universities.At present local universities have the tendency to neglect the value of campus culture and to move on to the marginalization in the building of campus culture.Facing this tenency,the building of campus should be carried out in the aspects of guiding thought,building direction,working system,content designing,carrying-out links and guranteeing system.
