自主学习——21世纪准中学化学教师的成长之道

摘    要:自主学习是对21世纪社会公民的素养要求,是对人才培养的要求,也是对准中学化学教师的素养要求。准中学化学教师应当树立通过化学教学以培养学生化学学科核心素养为己任的责任意识,并以此作为自主学习的内驱力,通过阅读这一自主学习的途径,充分利用图书馆资源、互联网资源,积极主动建构化学教师必备的知识体系,树立研究意识与问题意识,学习做研究,以研究助力专业发展,并通过组建专业学习共同体进行合作学习,将知识进行实践,做到知行合一。

Autonomic Learning:The Growth of Prospective High School Chemistry Teachers in the 21st Century

Abstract:Autonomous learning is the quality requirement of social citizens in the 21st century,the requirement of talent training and the quality requirement of prospective high school chemistry teachers.Prospective high school chemistry teachers should set up a sense of responsibility to cultivate students'chemistry accomplishment through chemistry teaching and take it as the driving force of independent learning.By reading,as a way of autonomous learning,they should make full use of library resources,Internet resources,actively construct a must for teachers of chemistry knowledge system,set up the research consciousness and problem consciousness,learn to promote professional development with research,and put knowledge into practice through cooperative learning based on a professional learning community.
