| 摘 要： | 教育改革的不断深入和社会的快速发展最大限度地推动了大学教育的发展进程,但同时,也对大学教师的教学能力和综合教学素养提出了更多要求。在此情况之下,相关人员必须对现阶段的师资队伍建设情况进行全面了解,充分地掌握当下的教师地位待遇差异、专业人才严重缺乏、考核制度并不完善、师资力量相对较弱等的问题,结合学校的发展趋势和教学目标,采取有效的方法手段来加强优秀师资队伍的建设。这样才能为大学教育的效率和质量的同提升提供良好的保障。

| Abstract: | The continuous deepening of education reform and the rapid development of society have promoted the development of university education to the greatest extent,but at the same time,it has also put more requirements on the teaching ability and comprehensive teaching literacy of university teachers.Under such circumstances,relevant personnel must have a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the construction of the teaching team,fully grasp the current problems,such as differences in teacher status and treatment,serious lack of professional talents,imperfect assessment systems,relatively weak teacher team,etc.Combined with the development trends and teaching goals of colleges and universities,it is necessary to take effective methods to strengthen the construction of an outstanding teacher team.Only in this way can we provide a good guarantee for the improvement of the efficiency and quality of university education. |
