微时代高中德育体系构建的实践研究

微时代,全新的思想交流与传播方式对高中德育工作提出新要求。在"立德树人"理念下,高中教育要立足微时代环境,将德育工作贯穿学生文化知识学习、日常生活的全环节、全领域。为此,从微时代高中德育工作存在的问题出发,从创新德育工作理念、转变德育工作模式、重视师生互动交流和优化德育资源等多个视角,提出构建微时代高中德育体系的策略。

A Practical Research on Construction of High School Moral Education System in Micro Era

In the micro era,the new situation of ideological exchange and dissemination puts forward new requirements for the moral education in senior high school.Under the concept of“Morality Education”,high school education should be based on the environment of micro-era,and the moral education work should run through the whole link and field of students cultural knowledge learning and daily life.Therefore,this paper puts forward the strategies of constructing high school moral education system in micro era from the perspectives of innovating moral education work concept,reforming moral education work model,realizing the interactions between teachers and students,and optimizing moral education resources.
