虚实结合的智能制造实训平台建设及教学研究

摘    要:智能制造是“中国制造2025”战略的主攻方向,近年来,社会对智能制造技术人才的需求日益旺盛,高校顺应这一趋势,开展智能制造技术人才培养的意义重大。厦门理工学院充分依托省级实验教学示范中心——现代工程训练中心,在现有的实体生产线的基础上,引进智能工厂虚拟仿真系统,探讨和实践用虚实结合的方法开展智能制造技术实训教学,并详细阐述了教学组织开展情况,这些做法能为高校开展智能制造技术实训教学提供参考。

Abstract:Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of"Made in China 2025"strategy.In recent years,the demand for intelligent manufacturing technology talents is increasing.It is of great significance for colleges and universities to adapt to this trend and develop the training of intelligent manufacturing technology talents.Xiamen University of Technology fully relies on the provincial experimental teaching demonstration center,namely the modern engineering training center,introduces the virtual simulation system of intelligent factory on the basis of the existing real production line,explores and practices the method of combining virtuality and reality to carry out the training and teaching of intelligent manufacturing technology,and elaborates the implementation of teaching organization in detail.These practices can provide references for the training and teaching of intelligent manufacturing technology in colleges and universities.
