摘    要:教学创新不局限于教学理念、教学方法的改变,更重要的是为了人类生命发展而创造,是让每个生命具有创造的力量,也为社会发展提供创造永不枯竭的智慧源泉1]。研究采用理论结合案例的形式呈现,以观摩优秀教师上课、不断反思自身教学实践、凝练教学个性以及注重学生反馈四个步骤来促进教师走向创新型及内涵式发展的道路。

Abstract:Teaching innovation is not limited to the change of teaching ideas and teaching methods.More importantly,it is the creation for the development of human life.It is to make every life have the power to create,and also to provide an inexhaustible source of wisdom for social development.This study is presented in the form of combining theory with cases.By carefully observing excellent teachers in class,constantly reflecting on its own teaching practice,condensing its teaching personality and paying attention to students'feedback,teachers'innovative and connotative development is promoted.
