高职院校大学语文课堂融入职业素质养成教育途径研究

对于职业素质养成教育,笔者认为可以分为职业技能培训、职业道德提升、职业角色认同等方面。大学语文课程在高职院校职业素质养成教育工作中扮演着十分重要的角色,虽然在职业技能培训方面无法替代专业课程的地位,但大学语文课程可以有针对性地对学生的专业技能学习进行合理引导,并进行基础性的技能指导和练习,还可以提升学生的职业道德和职业认同感。

Research on the Ways to Integrate Professional Quality Education into College Chinese Classes in Higher Vocational Colleges

The writer believes that professional quality education can be divided into vocational skills training,professional ethics improvement,and professional role identification.The college Chinese course can play a very important role in vocational quality education in higher vocational colleges.Although it cannot replace the status of professional courses in vocational skills training for students,the college Chinese course can pertinently provide reasonable guidance for the study of professional skills,and provide basic skills guidance and practice for some majors during the course;more importantly,the college Chinese course plays an important role in the improvement of students'professional ethics and their professional role recognition.
