层次分析法在教师教学质量评估体系中的应用研究

摘    要:在层次分析法的基础上,构造了一个四级评估指标体系,并计算出了每一个指标的权重值,同时根据各指标的相对权重,分析了影响教师教学质量的主要因素,从而把一个可能会由于各种人为因素而造成不公平现象的问题处理的合理化.

Abstract:In order to create a democratic and fair assessment of teaching quality system,this paper on the basis of introducing AHP,constructed a four evaluation index system and calculated each weight of indicators.At the same time in accordance with the relative weight of indicators,analyzed the main factors of the impact on the quality of teachers teaching,which may be due to a variety of man-made phenomenon caused by the problem of unfair dealing with the rationalization.
