云南省高校武术教学现状调查及分析

对云南省部分高校武术教学现状的调查表明：高校武术教学内容较为陈旧，难度偏高，缺乏吸引力，不能激发学生的学习兴趣；其教学方法单调，教学目标单一，教学的实用性、科学性不高，忽视武术能力的培养；武术教学的场地和器材不足，专业师资缺乏．为此，需树立“健康第一”和“终身体育”的教学指导思想，调整教学内容和方法，并加强师资、教材等建设．
