摘    要:体育活动既是一种身体活动,也是一种心理活动和社会活动。体育活动在改善人的情绪状态、确立自我概念、消除疲劳、培养意志品质、治疗心理疾病,以及在人际交往、合作精神的培养、竞争意识的形成等方面都有重要的作用,这些将是今后课改需要关注的重要课题。

Abstract:The athletic sports are not only a kind of physical sports but also a kind of mental and society sports.It can establish the self-concept in improving people's mood state.It has its important function in dispelling the tiredness,training the will and character,treating the mental disease,training the team spirit and the competitive consciousness.This point will be the subject which should be paid close attention to when doing the course reform in the future.
