| 摘 要： | 有效沟通的过程是一个与企业成功密切相关的业务流程。大多数管理者虽已认识到沟通对于企业的意义,但企业内部的有效沟通仍存在着障碍与误区。科学地分析这些障碍因素,有助于管理者改善企业内部的沟通状况。同时我们提出一些改善沟通的建议。

| Abstract: | The process of the effective communication is a business process related with the success of an enterprise.Though most of managers have realized what the communication means in a enterprise,there are obstacles and errors during the communication.Analyzing scientifically these facts will help the managers to improve the condition of communication.Meanwhile,we offered some suggestions about how to improve the communication. |
