| Abstract: | In college English teaching, the phenomenon of＂stressing cognition and belittling emotion＂widely exists, but the value of emotional factors is not less than that of cognition. With the emotional issues in college English teaching as the break-through point, this paper analyzed and explained the setting and realization of emotional targets. |
