| 摘 要： | 当今社会大学已经成为输出人才的重要途径，因此做好大学生的管理工作是十分重要的。大学生管理工作做的好与坏是影响我国现代化人才培养的重要因素，影响着祖国明天。笔者将结合自身多年的大学管理实践经验，对怎样做好大学生的管理工作做出浅要分析。
