摘    要:本文基于认知负荷理论,主要分析了国内外近年来对认知负荷的研究状况,期望研究不仅仅局限于如何进行教学设计和进行认知负荷的测量,还关注学习者个体的内部心理因素对认知负荷的影响,建议采用现代教育技术进行自主学习以求达到在减小最小负荷情况下有效地学习。

Abstract:On the basis of cognitive load theory, this article mainly analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of cognitive load. The researcher expects that domestic and foreign research should not be restricted to how to carry out the teaching design, and the measurement of cognitive load advising that researchers should focus on learners' internal psychological mechanism which affects learners' cognitive load. The researcher either suggests that modern education technology is also essential to improve the autonomous learning so as to reduce the minimum load.
