| 摘 要： | 目前对教师成长所涉及的问题进行模糊估评的居多，而进行精细调查的还不常见。基于工作的研究，对教师的专业成长方面所涉及的问题进行调查与分析。重点调查分析语文教师目前存在的问题与困难、特长与不足、需要的培训指导方向以及培训指导的形式等方面的问题，并探讨解决问题的相关措施与方法。

| Abstract: | Prblems about teachers' growth have been studied from a general aspect,but little is known about those problems in details.In this research we probe into the difficulties concerning teachers' spedialty development.and focus on the problems of Chinese teachers,their advantager and disadvantages,the direction of how to train these teachers and the foums of training,and finally the corresponding solutions to these problems. |
