音乐教育专业实习生紧张心理的分析与对策

摘    要:音乐教育专业的实习生由于理论素养浅薄、陌生环境与角色转换、自卑和胆怯心理,以及教案准备不充分等原因产生紧张心理。对此提出六点对策:1)强化师范意识,提高理论素养;2)强化教师角色,熟悉实习环境;3)树立决胜信心,克服自卑心理;4)吃透教学内容,做好充分准备;5)合理运用教学手段,提高教学能力;6)重视心理健康教育,提高心理素质。

Abstract:Due to poor artistic accomplishment in theory,strange environment and change of roles,inferiority complex and timidness,the students of music might be nervous in teaching practice.The author puts forward six countermeasures to deal with this,they are,to improve the artistic accomplishment,to strengthen the sense of being teachers,to overcome the inferiority complex,to know clearly the teaching materials and get well prepared,to use properly the teaching approaches and improve teaching abilities,and to enhance the psychological quality.
