| 摘 要： | 古代文献对毕原和周陵的方位说法很不一致。毕原和周陵究竞在渭河以南还是渭河以北，在至今并无令人信服的证据之前，应当正确对待历史争议，保护周陵的文化资源。

| Abstract: | The ancient bibliography remains unsettled as far as the locations of Biyuan and Zhouling are concerned. We should duly face historical dispute for the protection of Zhouling＇ s cultural resources before we get convincing evidence whether Bivuan and Zhouling are to the south or north of the Wei River. |
