| 摘 要： | 本文通过对现代远程高等教育质量观的探析,从主观和客观两方面分析影响现代远程教育质量的要素,并对英国、美国及印度等国的教育质量保障制度进行研究,总结出我国现代远程高等教育质量面临的问题及应对政策。
