摘    要:地方综合性院校英语专业的人才培养目标应确立为:根据地方经济、社会发展的需要,培养语言基础扎实、专业知识宽厚、实践创新能力强的复合型、应用型英语专门人才。但目前英语专业教学中往往存在由“实训缺失”而带来的:语言综合技能薄弱和“学院式”英语与职后实践应用无法对接两大问题。宜根据学科特点、学生现状及社会需求,整合全院力量,构建并实施了“学生参入”的教学模式,课内外衔接,鼓励学生参与,突出教学中的实践环节。

Abstract:To conform to the objective of "catering to the local demands for talents,and cultivating innovative applied talents" in local comprehensive universities, the training goals of English majors should be established as follows: cultivating the inter-disciplinary and ap- plied talents with both solid English language foundation and extensive professional knowledge, innova- tive spirit and practical ability with accordance to the local economic and social development. But the present English teaching tends to have two problems aroused by the lack of "practice":l)the compre- hensive ability of using the English language is weak;2)the "academic English" fails to gear the English application in the students' future career. Addressing the problems, the School of Foreign Languages in Taizhou University has integrated the teaching strengths, built and implemented the "Contributing Student Pedagogy" teaching mode, which makes cohesion between the classroom teaching and the extracurricular activities, and highlights the practice in teaching by encouraging students' participation. The tentative approach has made positive achievements.
