| 摘 要： | 文章根据高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的特点,提出了加强学生思想政治教育实效性的途径和方法:提高认识,重视思想政治教育工作;加强思想政治教育工作者队伍建设;通过优化校园环境来进行渗透教育;运用网络加强思想政治教育。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the present situation and features of the ideological and political education of vocational college students,the paper proposes some better and more effective approaches,such as paying more attention to such education,building up a more powerful team of the educators,making full use of the campus surrounding and the Internet. |
