| 摘 要： | 农村成人学校的特点和师资状况不同于普通教育学校 ,因此教师的继续教育内容也应与普通教育学校不同。针对农村成人学校师资现状 ,应侧重思想观念、成人教育学和成人心理学、专业知识和实践能力的培训。

| Abstract: | The characteristic and teachers' quality of adult school in rural area is different from general school' Because of this,and thereby the content of continual education to teacher is different from it.The author points out that the training to teacher should be Conan rated on their ideas,their conception,adult education,adult psychology,teachers' professional knowledge and capability. |
