新世纪初中国旅行社业面临的挑战与对策

摘    要:在新世纪之初,中国旅行社业面临着三大挑战:第一是加入WTO,外资旅行社将进入中国;第二是网络技术的发展将改变旅行社行业的经营方式和旅行的消费形式;第三是中国消费正迅速成熟,对旅行社行业的产品和服务做出的选择越来越理性,中国旅行社业要在21世纪初获得较好的发展,就必须制定相应的对策。

Abstract:At the early stage of the new century, Chinese travel agencies are faced with three great challenges: first, after joining WTO(World Trade Organization ) , foreign travel agencies will come to share the market ; secondly, the development of internet technology will change the working manners and consuming manners of Chinese tourists eventually; and thirdly, Chinese tourists, who are getting more and more mature, will be more and more intelligent at choosing tourism products and tourism service . If Chinese travel agencies want to have a better development early in the new century , they must take corresponding countermeasures to meet these challenges.
