| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、专家访谈法等方法，对福建省竞技篮球教练员队伍状况进行调查研究，发现目前福建省竞技篮球教练员学历偏低，科研理论水平不高，职称结构不合理，待遇较差，并针对上述问题提出了一些切实可行的建议。

| Abstract: | Through adopting documentation act, investigation, expert interview, the paper makes an investigation on situation of Fujian province sports basketball coaches. The research indicates that the degree of sports basketball coaches of Fujian province is lower, the title of a technical post of the coaches is lack, the coaches＇ treatment is worse and other problems. The paper puts forward some pertinent countermeasure based on these problems. |
