| 摘 要： | 篮球运动是公共体育课中开展最广最受学生欢迎的项目之一,但是多年以来都是采用半训练式的教学方法,其创新性、启发性体现不够。随着体育科技的迅速发展,竞技运动成绩的不断提高,对运动员的个人条件提出了更高更严的要求,篮球运动亦是如此。同时,理性的科学教学和训练应该是我们今后体育工作的重点,全新的教学理念应该是我们长期思考和探索的话题。
