| 摘 要： | 我国在校学习的大学生人数众多,近年来在学校的体育教学和体育活动中时有发生人身伤害的事故,笔者拟从法律层面对高校学生体育伤害事故进行剖析,提出防范建议,以期对我国高校的体育活动的正常有序的进行有所裨益。
