| 摘 要： | 本文针对当前会展企业奇缺专业会展人才,而高职院校培养的会展专业学生就业难的困局,探索珠三角会展高职人才培养与市场需求的的对接研究,以期解决人才培养与市场需求脱节的问题。一方面促进会展人才的培养质量,一方面通过人才培养质量的提高促进珠三角会展行业的发展。
