国有企业薪酬管理的浅析与对策

摘    要:薪酬直接关系着员工的切身利益,直接关系着雇员对企业的满意度,以及优秀人才的流动和去向等,从而最终影响着企业的综合效益。如今的薪酬管理已不再是简单地将薪酬发给员工或增加薪酬的过程,而是要使薪酬成为满足员工需求、留住人力、保持竞争力、构建组织与个人生命共同体的有效工具。从介绍薪酬及薪酬管理入手,具体针对目前中国企业薪酬管理存在的一些问题,分析说明了其解决的方案及对策,明确科学、系统的薪酬管理体系对企业发展的重要性,分析提出加强国有企业薪酬管理的措施。

Abstract:The payment has a direct relation with employees’ own interests,degree of satisfaction to enterprises,flow and direction of talents,and the comprehensive efficiency of enterprises.Nowadays,the payment management is not only a simple process of offering salary to employees or adding salaries,but an effective way of meeting demands of employees,keeping manpower,maintaining competitive power,constructing organization and personal life community.This paper firstly introduces the payment and payment management,and then gives an analysis on the existing problems of payment management in state-owned enterprises and offers some countermeasures,making it clear of the importance of a scientific and systematic payment management system.
