从“青县模式”谈北方农村养老问题

＂老有所养＂是当前社会老龄化特征下引人关注的问题,农村中的养老问题直接关系到中国农村社会秩序的稳定和农业的可持续发展。我国社会保障制度刚刚起步,体系还很不健全,特别是在大多数农村地区还是空白。试通过对河北省青县的农村合作养老模式这一成功案例的探讨,探索具有更强可操作性和可复制性的农村老年人口养老对策。

From Qingxian County Model to the Problem of Rural Old-age Care in North China

Old-age care has been the center of attention in present old-age society.This problem has an immediate effect on the stability of social order the sustainable development of agriculture in China's rural areas. China's social security system is still in its infancy,and it is far from perfect,especially in most rural areas.Qingxian country's model sets a successful example in old-age care by cooperation.It is proved that a more operative and replicable measure can be made in rural old-age care.
