Forging the Link of Industrialization of S&T Achievements with the Growth Environments of S&T Personnel in Institutions of Higher Learning from a New Perspective of SSM

From a new perspective of SSM,it analyses synthetically the situation,which the industrialization of scientific and technical achievements in institutions of higher learning encounters and the existing problems. With the construction of the conceptual model based on the root definition,it finds the relevant link of the industrialization of S&T achievements in institutions of higher learning by comparing the ideal conceptual model with realities,and concludes that the growth environments of S&T personnel in institutions of higher learning have a direct influence on the industrialization of S&T achievements. Based on the analysis of the growth environments of S&T personnel in institutions of higher learning,finally,it puts forward a series of methods and tactics about the environment management and system optimization for S&T personnel.
