基于边际效用思想的高校数字资源建设思考

本文针对高校读者群信息需求特点,阐述了在经费有限的状况下,高校读者群需求是数字资源建设导向,数字资源总效用决定其投资及其合理配置。在此基础上,分析了数字资源优化配置并被利用的最佳状态是数字资源效用最大化,同时以实证为例,说明了合理兼具特色的数字资源优化配置是高校图书馆数字资源建设投入最小化与收益最大化的统一。

On the Digital Resources Construction of Universities Based on Marginal Utility Theory

By considering the characteristics of college library readers’ information demands,this paper illustrates that when the budget is limited,the demands of college library readers are the direction of the development of libraries’ digital resource,and the total utility effect the investment and rational distribution of digital resources.This paper analyzes the maximum utility state of digital resources’ investment,and demonstrates that this state is actually the optimized result for the distribution of digital resources.This paper also takes an ordinary case for example to verify the conclusion that optimized distribution of digital resources is the integration of minimum investment and maximum output for the development of college libraries’ digital resources.
