| 摘 要： | 中国已成为WTO的正式成员国,非常需要熟悉国际惯例、精通外语与国际贸易规则、掌握贸易谈判知识和技巧的专业外经贸人才.但我国国际经贸人才市场目前是供需缺口非常大,国际经贸人才不但不足还存在结构上的缺陷.本文就从以上两点入手,结合我院的国际经济与贸易专业市场立足点进行阐述.
