| 摘 要： | 里根任美国总统期间,面对当时的“滞胀”危机,采用“供应学派”和“货币学派”学说,对传统的经济政策实行改革,降低税收和社会福利开支。他的改革取得了明显的成效,同时也带来了严重的负面后果。
