几种革蓝氏阴性病原菌中蛋白质的糖基化

摘    要:现在发现一些病原菌的烈性侵染因子是用糖残基进行共价修饰的,这些侵染因子因此被认为是真正的糖蛋白。在该文提到的几种细菌中基因聚集现象表明,发现了一常见的蛋白质糖基化系统,同时发现编码高度特异性糖基转移酶的基因与烈性侵染因子有关。这些发现,提出了致病过程中糖基化的潜在功能问题。这篇综述集中讨论革蓝氏阴性病原菌的蛋白质糖基化。

Abstract:The drastic infective factors of pathogen are covalently modified by sugar residue.These factors are regarded original sugar protein.A common protein glycosylation is found in gene accumulation of the bacteria mentioned in the paper.It is also found that the gene of glycosyltransferase with highly specific coding is related to the drastic infective factors.These findings indicate the potential action of glycosylation in pathogenic.Main concern of the paper is the glycosyltransferase.
