《体育与健康课程标准》刍议

新颁布的《体育与健康课程标准(中学)》(简称新《课标》)在价值体系、目标培养、课程基本理念、学习领域、水平划分、课程评价等等方面都发生了质的变化,为中学体育改革、实现素质教育、切实贯彻“健康第一”教育思想提供了理论与实践依据.但新《课标》在概念解释、体育与健康关系、如何操作与实践等方面存在需要商酌的地方.作为实施新《课标》的体育教师,面对课程改革,应多一些比较,多一些联想,多一些实践,这样遇到新问题时才能迎刃而解.

A tentative suggestion for "Standard for P.E. and Healthy Course"

Newly issued "Standard for P.E.and Healthy Course(of Middle Schools)"(shortly called new "Course Standard" has changed in nature in its value system,objective training,basic ideas of the course,studying field,level classification, assessment of the course,and so on,which provide a theoretical and practical proof for middle school P.E.reform,realization of qualities education,and down-to-earth implication of the educational ideology of "Health is the first.However,there are some places in the new "Course Standard" that should be discussed in explanation of its concepts,relationship between P.E.and health,how to operate and practice,etc.As teachers to teach the new "Course Standard,facing the reform of the course,we should more compare,have more association of ideas,more practice.Doing like this,we can overcome new problems while meeting with them.
