摘    要:少子老龄化的人口金字塔倒置结构对我国社会经济发展带来新的挑战与机遇,隔代关系亦被打上时代的烙印。多元的隔代共处模式、家庭地位倒转、文化逆向濡染等成为当下隔代关系的鲜明表征。两代人权利与义务的畸形逆转,见"少"不见"老"的个人本位的生活、自我中心的存在、功利性的发展问题,使老年人生活、尊严与发展各方面雪上加霜。为改善老年人在隔代关系中的状况,我国老年教育基于代际和谐问题提出"共生"理念,力求异质共存下的和谐发展。

The Study of Aging Education from the "Symbiosis" Concept of Alternate - generation

Abstract:Population pyramid inversed smlcture has brought the new challenges and opportunities to the new world. Intergeneration relationship has also been marked the feature of the age. The mode of nlutiple intergeneration relationship, the reversing of family statue and the reverse osmosis of the culture have become the distinctive feature between the intergeneration relationship at the present time. The weird reversion of the two generations' rights and obligations, the individualistic lifestyle, self- centered concept and the interest - oriented development made the olds' life, dignity and development even worse. In order to refine the situation of the olds in the intergeneration relationship, the aging education puts forward the concept of "symbiosis" based on the problem of intergeneration harmony, it strives to co -existence without assimilation.
