运动员运动伤害的法律保护探讨

针对我国运动员运动伤害事故频发而又缺少相应法律保护的现状，通过对运动员的性质、特征、分类、运动伤害种类及保护途径的分析，提出了运动员运动伤害的分段保护、全程保护的先期治疗等一系列新的设想，为全面建立运动员运动伤害保护体系做了一点有益的探讨。

Legal Protection For Athletes Against Sports Injury

The thesis direct its attention to the status in our nation that the sports injury happens frequently while the athletes lack the protection in law. The author, by analysing the nature, the characteristics,the classification of athletes l puts forward a series of assumptions such as the section divided protection, the whole course protection and the previous treatment, etc. It helps to set up the system of protection for athletes against sports injury.
