动作分类法在女子平衡木训练中的应用

本文以山西省体操队女一组为研究对象 ,提出了选择同类型动作在多年训练中的积极意义。体操动作的分类依据不仅在于动作外部形态的相似性 ,更重要的是取决于动作包含的基本技术和主要技术环节的一致性。这种分类法是制定、实施多年训练计划的重要依据之一

The Application of Movement Classification in Women's Balance Beam Training

With the female gymnasts in group I of Shangxi provincial team as the subjects of the study, this paper points out the significance of similar movement selecting in the years of training. The basis of classifying gymnastic movement not only lies in the exterior similarities of these movements, but also, more importantly, in the conformity between basic techniques. This classification could be an important reference for making and carrying out training plan of years.
