| 摘 要： | 随着互联网络（Internet)、国内网站和网络技术的迅猛发展，网络以期 强大的服务功能在信息传播中起着日益重要的作用。互联网在学报编辑出版中的应用，改变了传统的编辑出版模式，实现了学报的网络出版，方便了信息的获取和互动交流，促进了编务工作的网络化管理，同时，它也推动学报在设施的现代化建设、编辑部组织结构的调整以及编辑人员素质的提高等方面有更新的发展。
