| 摘 要： | 文章考察了我国目前职业指导教育的状况，以及对学生就业造成的不良影响，认为职业指导教育是普通教育的一个组成部分，择业，就业知识和能力是人的素质的一个方面；要开展好职业指导教育，一是要转变教育观念，端正办学思想，二是要将职业指导教育的纳入学校的教学计划，三是要建立一支职业指导教育队伍，等等。

| Abstract: | Surveying the present condition of the education of career direction (E.C.D.) in China, the essay suggests that ECD is a component of the general education and one's knowledge and ability of choosing a career is an aspect of his/her comprehensive quality. To do a good job in ECD, we should firstly, change our old educational concept, correct our idea of running school; Secondly, bring ECD into line with the teaching program of the school; and thirdly, set up a faculty of ECD. |
