| 摘 要： | 教学是一个复杂的系统，教师与学生，教与学是教学中最主要的矛盾，学生在教学中占据主体地位，教师在教学中发挥主导作用，只有从学生出发，研究教学，组织教学，教学才会取得最大成功，师生配合，教学相长，这是教学的最佳境界。

| Abstract: | Teaching is a complex system in which teachers and students teaching and learning are the chief contradictions. Students should be in a position of subject rather than object while the teaching is supposed to play a guiding role in teaching process. Teachers must proceed from students. While the students must coordinate, thereby the best teaching environment can be created. |
