| 摘 要： | 进行高校体制改革，提高高校办学效益，要实行四化：一是高新技术产业化；二是办学规模扩大化；三是办学形式多样化；四是后勤工作社会化。惟如此，才能适应市场经济和社会发展的需求，不断提高教学质量，圆满完成高校教改任务。
