苏北地区中小学体育教师新课程理念与资质的调查研究

以农村人口相对集中的江苏省苏北地区中小学体育教师为研究对象,采用按比例分配样本额分层随机抽样调查法,研究面对《体育与健康》课程标准,体育教师的职业态度、业务能力、知识结构、综合素质等方面的资质水平能否适应新课程发展的要求,提出新课程背景下经济欠发达地区体育教师专业发展的基本策略。

Investigations of Qualification and Sports Teacher's New Course Idea in Middle and Primary Schools of Northern Jiangsu

With the aid of random sampling investigation method,the following research concentrates its study on PE teachers employed at Northern Jiangshu province where rural laborers are densely populated.Its aim is to reveal how those teachers meet new demands entailed by a new course-Sports and Health,in term of working attitude,professional skills,expertise build-up and overall quality.The result would consequently lend a hand to conjure up main strategy on PE teachers′performance in those less developed rural area.
