摘    要:牵拉-缩短周期(SSC)作为一种重要的快速力量表现形式,在大部分运动项目中起着重要作用。但是对不同运动速度及负荷下SSC活动的力学特性,目前的研究还不是太清楚。以19位快速力量项目运动员为试验对象,通过Kistler三维测力系统,研究在不同速度和不同负荷SSC练习中下肢肌肉活动的力学特性。结果表明,慢速牵拉-缩短周期和快速牵拉缩短周期在最大反作用力值、蹬地时间、腾空时间等方面表现出很大不同(P<0.05);而且不同负荷快速牵拉-缩短周期活动时下肢肌肉力学特性之间又有着显著差异(P<0.05)。说明在不同强度的SSC活动中神经肌肉系统有着不同的作用机制,应按照其不同的力学特性选择适宜的牵拉-缩短周期练习方法。

Abstract:As a important speed strength ingredient,"stretch-shorting circle" play a signify role.But in different speed and intensity,the biomechanics of SSC is not clear.The author selects 19 athletes participating in this study,by using the Kistler 3D measurement system,to study muscle's biomechanics characteristics in different speed and intensity.The result shows that it has a big differences in the most counterforce,jumping time and empty out time under the two methods of the stretch-shorting circle and stretch-quick circle(P<0.05).While different intensity stretch-shorting circle also exists significant difference in lower limbs muscle biomechanics characteristics(P<0.05).It can conclude that nerve muscle system have a specific mechanism in different intensity of SSC activity.We should choice the proper method to improve muscles force.
