| 摘 要： | 贪污受贿犯罪是国家和人民深恶痛绝的一种丑恶腐败现象，对社会造成的危害性随着我国现代化建设和改革开放发展的深入而越来越大。尽管贪污受贿犯罪人员走上违法犯罪道路的心理过程千变万化，但其心理特征有共性可寻、有规律可循。

Although the changes of psychological process of the myriads of corruption takes bribes crime committing crimes, its psychological characteristics are common to be found. |
