| 摘 要： | 本实验对来自武汉市郊某养鸽专业户及市场食用鸽共70只采集口腔咽部粘膜拭子及其中15只鸽子气管、气束和肺等材料进行了霉形体的分离鉴定,其中口腔咽部全部分离到霉形体,但多数均与细菌共存而不易纯化,其他部位未分离到霉形体。对已纯化的34个分离物中19个进行鉴定表明,5株为鸽霉形体,14株为鸽口霉形体,从而为国内有关鸽源霉形体的分布及进一步研究提供了重要依据。

| Abstract: | This experiment separated mycoplasmas from 70 pigeons' throat (粘膜拭子) and15 pigeons' windpipes(气囊) and lungs of them, then identified. Mycoplasmas wereseparated from all throats, which mainly co-existed with bacterium and uneasy to be purified, nomycoplasmas separated from other organ parts. The identification of 19 of 34 separators showsthat five ones are MMP1, 14 ones are MMP4. The result of this experiment provides importantbasis for distribution of MMP4 and research in China. |
