| Abstract: | Under the framework of constructing a harmonious society, from the perspective of building and developing a harmonious campus, this paper points out the conflict between the rapid development of higher education institutes and the lagging of academic libraries nowadays and emphasizes that only the development of academic libraries keep accordance with those of the higher education institutes can make the higher education institutes themselves develop scientifically, stably and continuously. 12 refs. |
