| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the flaws of the traditional developing model of the custom-built software. It is suggested that a spiral should be introduced to reduce risks in the earlier stage of item development. The personnel and corresponding files in each of the development stages should be adjusted. Necessary code reviewing should be carried out. In this way, the quality of the custom-built software can be improved. |
